Return and shipping policy

RETURNS
 
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
 
RETURN PROCESS
 
To return an item, please email customer service at office@padabo.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the address provided.
 
REFUNDS
 
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
 
EXCEPTIONS
 
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Where applicable shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Services offered are typically in line with our domestic postal service provider (Royal Mail).


We reserve the right to choose which delivery provider is used to ship your goods. Typically for orders over 1kg we may seek to send via a courier service of our choosing.


Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We rely on the service levels of our postage provider (Royal Mail) to ensure your goods are delivered in a timely manner. Where tracked services are selected we will provide appropriate tracking information to you accordingly. If your items haven’t arrived after 30 business days please contact us accordingly.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

Should you select a shipping option with tracking at checkout, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

www.leather-hide.co.uk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

International Shipping Policy

We do ship internationally and we highly recommend upgrading the shipping method at checkout to include tracking. Where applicable shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping services offered will be in line with our domestic postal service provider (UK – Royal Mail).

For specific world zones tracking will be the only shipping service we provide.
